REJKA Antao II light XL - 2-person trekking tent (two-man tent)
Do you like it a little bigger? Then our Antao II light XL is just the right 2-person tent for you. The third pole arch gives our classic tent plenty of space. The awning offers you enough space to cook together comfortably even in bad weather or to store your equipment in a dry place. Thanks to the two entrances and exits at the side and front, it is easy to get in and out at any time in different weather conditions. The Antao II light XL trekking tent can also be used all year round, even if it is optimized for tough and long winter tours.
Our Antao II light XL was the test winner in Outdor Magazine 02/22! You can sit comfortably upright in the inner tent, which is 100 cm high, without having to keep your head tucked in. You don't necessarily have to cuddle up with your trekking partner, but can enjoy a relaxed night thanks to the generous width of the inner tent. Of course, you can still cuddle up at any time. The overall height of the Antao II light XL with 110 cm in the vestibule also allows taller outdoor enthusiasts to feel completely at ease in the tent.
Our XL trekking tent proves that size does not necessarily mean weight. At just under 2,900 grams, it is light enough not to weigh you down too much, even on longer tours. To keep the weight down, the flysheet of the Antao II light XL is made of silicone-coated 40D ripstop nylon and the color-coded poles are made of lightweight but robust aluminum. As with all our tents, setting up and taking down is super easy and poses no problems even for trekking novices. So if your next home away from home can be a little bigger and you still value a lightweight and durable tunnel tent, then the Antao II light XL is exactly the right choice.
What is very important to us at Rejka: We attach great importance to durability and the resulting sustainability. That's why we work with robust 40D fabric in our light series, which is very tear-resistant at just under 8 kg thanks to the silicone coating and offers a reserve that can be decisive for the success or failure of the tour in extreme cases. You will certainly never find the lightest tents on the market at Rejka, but you will certainly find those that score points for comfort, reliability and durability.
Outer tent features:
- 2 entrances, front and side
- 1 front vestibule approx. 140 cm long. Sufficient space for rucksack, shoes, stove etc.
- Fully closable vent with mosquito net at the foot end. Advantage: Protection of the inner tent from snow, sand and heavy rain
- Double guy ropes on the pole arches. Advantage: Storm stability is significantly increased.
- Reflection points on the guy ropes. Advantage: The tent is much easier to find at night and in fog.
Color-coded pole inserts. Advantage: Saves time when pitching, as poles can be immediately assigned to the relevant pole channel. Also an invaluable convenience when pitching at dusk or even at night
- Roll-up ventilation. Advantage: The roll-up ventilation attached to the foot section enables good ventilation in the summer heat and therefore a pleasant tent climate. In the morning, the tent can be aired quickly to minimize condensation. This means that the tent dries more quickly on the inside and saves weight, as condensation can add up to more than 150 grams.

- Coated, breathable inner tent. Advantage: Breathing air is easily transported from the inner tent to the outside. The coating makes it considerably more difficult for condensation to drip through.
- Floor is raised very high on all sides. Advantage: Very good protection against splashing water in heavy rain
- Mosquito net insert in the upper door area, which can also be fully closed. Advantage: Significantly better ventilation if required
- 2 pockets by the entrance door and in the middle area for small items. Advantage: utensils are easy to find and immediately accessible in the dark
